1、 Overview of FY type stainless steel submersible pump
FY typeStainless steel vertical submersible pumpIt is a single-stage single suction long shaft submersible centrifugal pump, and its markings, rated performance points, and flange connection dimensions are equivalent to the ISO2858 international standard, and the technical conditions are based on the ISO5199 standard. Compared with the original FY corrosion-resistant submersible pump, it has the advantages of small size, high efficiency, good energy-saving effect, and reliable operation. Suitable for conveying corrosive media containing slightly solid particles and abrasives.
The conveying temperature of the pump is generally between 0 and 105 ℃ When the temperature is between -20~0 ℃ and 105~180 ℃, insulation jackets and cooling jackets can be used, and low-temperature or high-temperature wear-resistant guide bearings can be used. Users should explain this situation.
If there are a small amount of solid particles in the conveying medium, the sliding bearing should be lubricated externally (with water and other allowed media with an external pressure greater than 0.2 MPa), and the user should explain this situation.
The working pressure of the pump is designed to be 1.6MPa.
The performance range of the pump is 1.6-2600m3/h flow rate and 5-132m head.
2、 FY typeStainless steel submersible pumpSTRUCTURE DESCRIPTION
The FY type mainly consists of pump body, pump cover, impeller, shaft, elastic coupling, pipe flange, guide bearing, intermediate connecting pipe, upper and lower outlet pipes, bearing frame, bottom plate and other parts.
The suction port of the pump follows the axis direction: the outlet is parallel to the axis.
The pump rotates clockwise when viewed from the suction port towards the motor end.
The vertical motor of FY stainless steel submersible pump is fixed to the motor seat with double headed bolts and directly rotates with the pump through an elastic coupling. The middle connecting pipe of the pump body, the outlet pipe of the bearing frame, and the pipe flange are connected by bolts to form a whole and fixed on the large plate. The whole of the pump is installed on the container through the bottom plate. Except for the contact parts, other main components of FY pump, such as the motor seat and bearing frame, are made of cast iron.

4、 Disassembly sequence of stainless steel submersible pump
1. The disassembly sequence of the pump
(1) Close the gate valve in the discharge pipeline, remove the connecting bolts of the upper half flange of the discharge pipeline, and dismantle a section of the pipeline whose length does not hinder the start of the pump.
(2) Loosen the connecting bolts between the motor frame and the bearing box, and lift off the motor.
(3) Loosen the connecting bolts between the bottom plate and the container, and lift the pump out of the container along with the bottom plate. And clean it with clean water. To prevent air oxidation and corrosion, it should be dismantled immediately.
(4) Remove the pump cover, unscrew the impeller nut (left turn), and remove the impeller.
(5) Remove the pump body, take out the guide bearing, lower protective shaft sleeve, and flat key.
(6) Remove the half flange of the outlet pipe connected to the bottom plate.
(7) Remove the middle connecting pipe. (If there is an intermediate guide bearing, remove it together)
(8) Remove the bottom plate, take off the pump coupling and key, remove the bearing cover and packing cover, and take out the rotor body.
(9) Unscrew the round nut and remove the ball bearing and upper bushing.
The assembly sequence of the pump is opposite to the disassembly sequence. When assembling rotor components, the radial runout of the sealing ring and the outer circumference of the shaft sleeve should be checked and not exceed the values listed in the table.
5、 Stainless steel submersible pump for self flushing and external flushing
The lubrication of the intermediate guide bearing generally adopts a self-lubricating method with an internal self flushing pipe (Figure 1)
If the conveyed medium is dirty or contains hard particles, an external lubrication method using an external flushing tube should be used (Figure 2).
